Shipping companies charge us to change a address to anything other than what's printed on the shipping label, since label is printed and scanned for pickup. This charge is NOT something we pocket. This is exactly what our carrier's charge us when we call and change a address after pick up scan. Addresses will only be changed if your billing address has changed after we have shipped your package. Customer may be asked to show proof of address change for change to be made effective.
