Easy to mix, easy to customize! Here's how: No heating required, simply add between 0.5 - 5% skin safe fragrance or essentials oil directly into the gallon jug, shake the bottle and you are ready for spraying. Colorant may also be added. The base is designed for quick absorption and will not produce bubbles when blending.
We do not recommend using higher percentages of fragrance in this base as it will collapse its suspending capability. Also, keep in mind that we have only tested our fragrances in this base for compatibility, other fragrances from other manufacturers may not react the same. Test any fragrance added in a small batch before committing to a larger volume.
Take 1 oz of unscented base, add 7 drops of fragrance or essential oils. This equals 1% fragrance load, so if you want to test out 3% fragrance load you would add 21 drops to the base. Shake it up and let it sit overnight. Some may take longer to manifest issues but usually you should see results within 24 hours.
Keep in mind that due to the nature of the ingredients in this base sprayers may clog if not used frequently enough as the ingredients will solidify in the diptube/sprayer. Remedy this by simply running the dip tube and sprayer mechanism through hot water. It is recommended you put this on your labeling so your customer knows how to unclog the sprayers.
